Brookline Collaborative Care Access Clinic Thursday Evenings. (Scheduled Physicians and Triage/Nurse Staff) This service has been created to improve access to timely medical care for patients with new, worsening, or time-sensitive health concerns.

Who Can Access the Clinic?

The After-Hours Access Clinic is available to:
- Patients looking for a family doctor and are interested in becoming a patient at Brookline Collaborative care clinic
-Patients currently assigned to a Brookline Collaborative Care physician
- Patients allocated to a Brookline physician through the Patient Attachment Registry
- Individuals who have submitted a patient intake form and expressed interest in becoming a patient of our clinic
- Anyone in need of a physician because they are without a primary care provider, can complete an intake form and utilize this clinic

Examples of Concerns Appropriate for the Clinic Include:

Cough, cold, flu symptoms, fever, sore throat, sinus congestion, bronchitis
Asthma symptoms or breathing concerns that are not severe
Urinary symptoms and bladder infections (UTIs)
Earaches, pink eye, styes, and cold sores
Skin concerns including rashes, eczema, hives, acne, bites, stings, cellulitis, and nail infections
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, and gastritis
Headaches, migraines, and body aches
Sprains, strains, minor injuries, gout, or arthritis flares
Allergies, hay fever, and hives

SUNDAY IN OFFICE ONLY After Hours Clinic

We can assess and treat a wide range of common conditions, including:

Cough, cold, flu symptoms, sore throat, sinus infections
Asthma or COPD flares
Bladder infections (UTIs)
Skin concerns such as rashes, eczema, acne, cellulitis, bites or stings
Eye concerns (pink eye, styes)
Gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastritis)
Headaches and migraines
Gout and arthritis flares
Minor sprains and strains
Mild to moderate infections
Anxiety spikes, panic episodes, and short-term mental health support
Chronic condition flare-ups (asthma, Crohn’s, colitis, thyroid concerns, diabetes-related issues)

If you are experiencing chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, confusion, or a severe allergic reaction, please go directly to the nearest Emergency Department or call 911.
